Payment Policy

Thank you for choosing The Best Playgrounds for your playground purchase. To ensure a smooth and timely order process, we have outlined our payment policy below:

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of order placement to confirm your purchase.

• The remaining balance is due 15 days after the playground is delivered to your location.

Payments can be made via credit card, check or ACH, and invoices will be sent prior to the final payment due date. Please ensure the balance is paid in full within the specified timeframe to avoid delays in processing your order.  A 3% surcharge will be added to credit card payments.
