Payment Policy
We require at least 50% payment at time of the order to process playground orders, or proof of encumbered funds. The balance is due on delivery. All invoices are due on receipt. A 3% processing fee will be added to credit card orders for playground products.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that orders sometimes need to be canceled. If your order has not been processed or passed to our suppliers, your order may be canceled. Orders cannot be canceled by leaving a voicemail. To cancel an order, send an email to sales@thebestplaygrounds.com, and we will work quickly to help. An order is not considered canceled until we reply to the cancelation request via email with a cancellation number. Orders are usually processed in the first 24 hours after payment, sometimes within 1 hour. Some orders ship the same or next day, so be certain about your order because it is impossible for us to stop a shipment, and shipping costs are non-refundable. After the order has been processed there is a 25% restocking fee on all equipment purchased.
Return Policy
Items that are not "made to order" and ship via Fex Ex or UPS ground are returnable within 30 days of delivery, as long as the products are unopened. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Items that are not returnable include but are not limited to Commercial Playgrounds, Park Site Amenities, swing sets, park benches, or any product that involved custom manufacturing or paint color requests.
Refund Policy
Commercial products that are built to order are not returnable or refundable after the order has been processed. Products that are not built to order and have been approved by our team for a return are eligible for refund, less shipping costs.
