Shipping Policy

Most of our products are large commercial playgrounds and are shipped freight.  For these products, the customer is responsible for arranging appropriate equipment to unload the product on delivery.  This could include forklifts, jacks, etc.  While we cannot guarantee that a lift gate will be available on the truck at the time of delivery, we will make every effort to set up a delivery experience that meets your needs.  In some cases (such as adding a truck with a lift gate) additional charges may apply. 

For smaller products that ship ground, we will utilize Fed Ex, UPS, or DHL as appropriate for each order.

 

Installation Policy

We do not offer installation services.  We recommend that our customers use professional local installers.  Damage that occurs during installation is not covered under our warranty.

 

Warranty

Commercial grade playground equipment carries a limited warranty.  9 Square in the Air products that ship via Fed Ex ground carry a 1 year limited warranty.  APS products carry a 1 year limited warranty.
